•You have the responsibility to maintain your displays in good condition.

•You will never use phrasing that could be misleading, insulting or vulgar, maintain your rentals as good hearted fun, everyone needs a laugh

•You will comply with all local and state laws regarding business practices and display zoning.

•You will treat all competition in a professional manner, maintaining fair trade and business practices

•You will not accept a display rental from a customer who's intention is less that honorable

•You will only accept rental agreements that you can fulfill in a timely and profession manner

•Conduct your company in a manner that will reflect the professional quality in which Clark Novelty Sign Sales awarded you your dealership

•You will comply with Clark Novelty Sign Sales confidentially agreement regarding trade secrets and copyright privileges.

•You will always adhere to Clark Novelty Sign Sales’ dealership agreement.
