The letter of intent lets us know that you are extremely serious about purchasing the business opportunity we offer. Again after submitting the letter of intent you will recieve even more information about our trade secrets and unique lawn display systems.

The territory form defines the area in which you will be licensed to operate with our designs. It is with in this area that Clark Novelty Sign Sales, agrees not to sell our products to any other persons or businesses.

The dealership agreement is a licensing agreement between you and Clark Novelty Sign Sales, Inc. This agreement explains the details of our opportunity, your responibilities to Clark Novelty Sign Sales, Inc. and our responsibilities to you.

this form is for requesting the size of territory you wish for your dealership, must be approved by Clark Novelty Sign Sales.

dealership agreement (must be printed, fill out and mailed) this is the final agreement between you and Clark Novelty Sign Sales, Inc to form your dealership.

dealership order form (must be printed, fill out and mailed) this form is for your first dealership order.

product order form (must be printed, fill out and mailed) this form is for existing lawn greeting dealerships to order additional signs, supplies, critters, etc.

Return Policy

Terms - 50% of order due at time of order, 50% due at time of shipment, cost of shipping due within 30 days net.
