This agreement must be signed by  an authorized Clark Novelty Sign Sales Agent, and becomes effective on the date of said signature.
This territory agreement is to be renewed every four years and  may at the discretion of the dealer in agreement with  Clark Novelty SIgn Sales be increased or decreased in size at anytime.
